Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 8 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 8 hours will be charged the full session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless a special arrangement has been made. Late Arrivals: Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes for a late student. The session will still end at the scheduled time. Technical Issues (for online sessions): Students must ensure stable internet connectivity. If issues occur on the tutor's end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Parent Communication: For students under 18, parents/guardians are responsible for overseeing session bookings and communicating with the tutor if needed. Policy Updates: Memor Tutoring reserves the right to update this policy. Clients will be notified of any changes.
